The full price of the service is required to be paid at the time of booking the reading. If you do not show at the time of the booking without prior notice, no refund will be given.

Alexa will wait 10 minutes into the scheduled reading time, if you do not show within these 10 minutes, it's considered a no show.

If you cancel at least 24 hours ahead of your scheduled session, %50 of the full price will be refunded to you.

A full refund will only be issued if I have to cancel the session.

There are no refunds after the service and session has been completed.
