Our lives are so wrapped up here on Earth in the physical, that it can be difficult for us to connect spiritually. We are used to the warm hugs from our mothers, picking up the phone and calling a friend for some gossip, celebrating birthdays with your grandparents, picking your kids up from school. The loss of these moments can be unbearable when our loved ones pass.
It is my opinion that when people physically die, they become full spiritual versions of themselves. But, that doesn't mean they are not with you. They are still participating in your life events, you just can't physically see them, but oftentimes you will feel them through signs and synchronicities.
Their favorite song comes on the radio at the exact moment you drive by their home. You go to pick up a birthday cake and just so happens the only flavor left in stock was your grandmother's favorite on a day you were really missing her. You're sitting in your car missing your loved one when a bird flies and lands right on your windshield and stays until you stop crying. You often wake up smelling the familiar smell of their perfume or cigar smoke. You're laying in bed missing a partner and then all of a sudden you feel them beside you and you are easily able to go to sleep.
These are all examples of SIGNS FROM YOUR LOVED ONES IN SPIRIT.
