During a mediumship reading with me, there are all kinds of different information that Spirit will want to communicate and bring to me. I pride myself on bringing my clients validation that life continues after death through unique and specific information directly from their loved ones in Spirit. Specific information such as their loved one's age, personality, hobbies, relationships with others, how they died, and how they felt around their death, etc. This information builds the base of the reading, as it verifies that I am indeed connected to a specific person and establishes the connection that I can then build more on, which makes the reading deeply personal and impactful for the client.
Sometimes there is very unique and random information that Spirit will give me that just blows me and my client away, just how accurate it is. This is that lesson and story:
I recently had a reading with a client wanting to connect with a member of their family who had passed away. The Spirit's personality was strong with a great sense of humor. It was a joy for me to work with them and bring this client messages, guidance, and reassurance that their loved one in Spirit was just fine. The reading was filled with lots of smiles, jokes, and the sharing of fond memories with this person when they were alive. I could tell this reading was exactly what this client needed at this time, as they love and miss this person in Spirit very much.
As I near the end of the reading, I always leave 10 minutes for the client to then ask me questions, anything they want, this is their time. I asked the Spirit communicator if they had any other messages or things they wanted to say before the end of the reading; this is my standard practice. I immediately get the psychic feeling that I need to bring up money and the family home. As I listened closer to the Spirit, they showed me a vision of the side of a home where the foundation can be seen above the ground. When I looked closer, I could see that the picture of the foundation that Spirit was showing me had cracks in it. I also got the feeling that this was a current event.
I smiled, and with a confused face, I said to the client, "your loved one is showing me money and the house you live in. However, there is a very specific image of the foundation alongside the house that they are highlighting that looks cracked, damaged, and needs to be repaired. He really wants you to know that this needs to be repaired ASAP. I know that's a random piece of information, but does that make sense to you? This is what your loved one in Spirit is showing me..."
Well, the client just burst out laughing and shaking her head. She exclaimed yes! She had started to do some repairs on the house, but the basement and the foundation really needed a lot of TLC. She had not managed to fix this yet but that it was on the list. I chuckled and said "well, your loved one knows this and wants to make sure that it's taken care of." The client said it would be just like her loved one to be concerned about this and home repairs and laughed that they brought it up as their last message to them in the reading.
This just proved that you never know what's going to happen in a mediumship reading. Come with an open heart and mind, expect the unexpected!
