1. How does Alexa communicate with Spirit and the other side?
Alexa receives messages and impressions from Spirit through several different skill sets. In the physical realm, we have the five senses: smell, taste, touch, sight, and sound. a reading, she combines these senses with four "Spirit Senses": Clairsentience (clear-feeling), Claircognizance (clear-knowing), Clairvoyance (clear-seeing), and Clairaudience (clear-hearing). Impressions that come in from Spirit may include your relationship to them, their personality, how they passed, shared memories, family dynamics, any earthly struggles they may have had, pets on the other side, their career or passions, things left unsaid, what they have seen since they passed, and more.
Alexa combines all this information and is able to share messages from your loved ones. Spirit readings are made up of three energy factors: the sitter receiving the reading (you), Alexa, and the spirit communicator. To ensure the clearest messages possible and to receive the most potential from a reading, it is vital that you show up to the session open-minded and ready to work with Alexa as a team member. Your energy is just as important as Alexa's in establishing a connection; after all, your loved ones come to the reading with you!
2. How will a Mediumship Reading help me?
The grieving process is a long one, but there are tools that can help. Mediumship is an important tool for this very reason. Connecting with passed loved ones through memories and references can help us understand what is beyond death, and can give us some peace of mind. What you get out of a Reading is ultimately up to you, and how open you are emotionally and energetically to the process. You may be gifted messages of closure from spirit, you may laugh and cry throughout the session, and may feel a shift in our outlook on your loved one's death.
You will leave feeling supported, seen, and comforted KNOWING that life continues after death. You will be able to feel your loved one's energy and presence around you during the reading.
3. I have never had a Mediumship Reading before, what should I expect?
In a Reading, you can expect a safe, professional, and casual setting. People of all backgrounds, ethnicities, sexual orientations or gender identity, and religions are welcome.
In a Mediumship Reading, we dive deep into your life. This may mean that some sensitive topics may be discussed. Interpersonal relationships are complex, and they continue after death. Mediumship offers healing, as you embark on a journey with Alexa. You will be guided by Alexa's compassion, empathy, and knowledge of the other side.
Mediumship Readings are Spirit Lead, meaning Alexa cannot choose what or who comes through for you, its all up to the Spirit World and the messages they have for you.
4. Are there any policies I should be aware of before booking a Reading?
The full price of the service is required to be paid at the time of booking the reading. If you do not show at the time of the booking without prior notice, no refund will be given. Alexa will wait 10 minutes into the scheduled reading time, if you do not show within these 10 minutes, it's considered a no-show.
If you cancel at least 24 hours ahead of your scheduled session, %50 of the full price will be refunded to you.

A full refund will only be issued if I have to cancel the session.

There are no refunds after the service and session has been completed.
